How can I track my order?

Tracking your order is simple and easy to do. We will send you an email letting you know once your order has shipped. You can track it on the logistics website according to the logistics tracking number we provided in the email.

What should I do if I don't receive the shipping number?

  1. Please check whether the product in your order is a pre-sale item. Pre-sale products will be shipped sequentially according to the order placement. (If the mailbox does not have your purchased order, please provide the name, phone number, and address you filled in when purchasing the product.)
  2. Please log in to your account. Click on the order to view your tracking number, then open the first question in the FAQ to track your shipment.

How do I change/modify my order?

  1. Please note that we can help you modify your order before shipment. It includes changing the device type or the color of an item, removing an item, changing your shipping address. Once your package shipped, we will not be able to change anything.
  2. If you need to modify your order, please send an email to help@yourphonecase365.com, stating your needs and attaching your order number. (Please notify within 12 hours after payment, it cannot be modified after delivery.)
