  • Orders under 50 USD: Standard Shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

For customers in the rest of the world, additional taxes, duties, and fees may apply, all of which the recipient must pay at the time of delivery. Under these circumstances, we cannot consider requests for replacement shipments or refunds.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at help@yourphonecase365.com within 7 days of delivery.

We will assist in resolving the issue by offering a replacement or refund where applicable.
